Alka-linux is a Linux Live DVD based on Morphix and Debian. You put it into your DVD drive, start your computer and boot directly into Alka-linux, without having to modify or install any software. Within Alka-linux, you will find a multi-purpose environment with many tools for statistical and econometric analysis of social and economic data.
